Return and Refund Policy

At Velore, all products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon delivery. • The product has a manufacturing defect. • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed. • The product contains a significant printing error.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number. • Clear photos of the product. • Photos of the original packaging. • An unboxing video showing the issue.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please note that slight color variations due to screen settings and measurement variations within standard manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
